Its hard to point out a unique feature. I suggest using something like Zen-Cart, they have tons of mods. However, here is what I do suggest, and people will love you for it. A Live Chat / Live Phone Support (Free Live Chat: LiveZilla) if your selling a product, add a UPS/FEDEX/USPS/ETC tracking module. Update people's account with every little thing. If you had to make a phone call...document it. If the product is on back order...document it. Etc etc etc.
