I think you need to add here https://www.877youkeep.com/expert/ this:

'You have Foreclosure Questions? Ask an Expert!' instead of 'Ask an Expert'

I think you need to increase value of this page... may something like this will help I think. After the buttons 'Submit' and 'Reset' you can add (for example):

What usually questions people ask us about Foreclosure and we help them:

If the property is in pre-foreclosure (NOD, LIS), how do I buy before foreclosure?
How can I buy an auction property (NTS, NFS)?
How do I buy bank-owned REO properties?
How do I contact the lender to buy a bank-owned property (REO)?
How do I check property liens, value and equity?
What are foreclosures and how do I learn more about buying foreclosures?
How do I find the market value for a home?

Just some list of Questions ...

this will give you good result ... Ago I do in this way for one of my client website and people start copy and paste questions in form whit small correction ... and he start receiving more and more requests through Feedback form. Also such a list of Questions will give "food" for search engines ...

    good luck
