Install the wp-dollow plugin that is the easiest way to make links dofollow also you might want to think installing the Comment Luv plugin on your blog also.

Great list of dofollow blogs. I will also be converting mine to do follow... still at PR0 at the moment though.
Doesn't mean it won't encourage posting, I never check pagerank myself, I always just comment when I have something valuable to contribute.
I wrote a post that is full of a bunch of DO Follow Blogs also there are a bunch more links in the comments of people that have added extra sites since I wrote that post last year. Not all of them are tech sites but I know there are a bunch in there!
