    I believe the rats are reincarnations of lost relatives and considered sacred. They showed a show where the people drink from the bowl along with the rats. Logical? You decide, but as far as I know, that's the truth.

    Feeding rats in India? that not a common thing but sometimes in the villages or other remote areas people do have such practices, just hope that its not spreading any plague or something...
