Can someone please take a peak

    Hello
    After much scrutiny and many hours going away and working on things , i've finally settled on the new layout , colours and design.
    The homepage is the only complete new page , please compare this to any of the other pages to see if my direction has improved.

    Any comments are much appreciated

    its moving in the right direction, but there are a lot of pictures loading on the pages. Use CSS as much as possible to reduce page load time.

    The site is well laid out. The pictures do take a while to load so you may want to compress them and re-upload and also use CSS as latro mentioned. Also, I noticed a few of the links do not work on the site but I realize it is still a work in progress.

    Site is very nicely laid out. You've lot of good content on there. Site design could definitely use some updates (web 2.0 ) templates and such.
    You also need to make sure each page has unique titles and your pages are not that long use <more--> click here to read more.

    What's your goal for this site?
    if you really want to try and attract some customers then you've to optimize this site for Search engines.

    Thanks for the feedback , i realise that there may be a few images on the home page , i was told that if a homepage can load within 11 seconds then this within the limits , our homepage loads a lot quicker than this timeframe.
    Also CSS , i really am new to this game hence the reason i use serif 2 software. So why are they allowing to use all their frames and pallets if they really slow the pages down. Can someone please give me a quick brief on css and can i use them alongside my serif web 2 software.
    The aim of the site will be self improvement , different to others through means of not overloading the individual with thousands of ideas to become better , we do it in smaller and useful chunks through our ideas of mengineering.

    Advice is really appreciated and thanks for all your efforts in helping us through.

    I had heard that content is key , we are not optimising for customers as we are not ready to recieve them and i was under the impression that long pages of content are better than multiple can someone please clarify the above comments for me.
