Can someone please review my website?

I have designed and programmed this website, a lot more work to be done, can someone please let me know is the web template looks good enough? http://ixibot.com

 

Looks ok, the ads is a bit miss placed (move it a bit to the left) and you can do some editing on the text fonts some of them are out of bounds (like the South_Africa thing down in the footer on the right) . The colors fit ok. Its an good site but you could do more on it. The logo could be redesigned

 

Thanks for the recommendations, I did notice those. Was too lazy... Now since that's the first thing you noticed, I got to get it sorted asap.
I asked an artist to design the logo for me, but he has not turned back yet. I design logos too but somehow could not get the right amount of time to work on it.

Takes a long time to load which is a big no no.

 

Wow, looks Really good.
But some of material's location is not fit i think.
Main Page's Primary Image Gallery is confusing a bit. give more regulation image's height.
But it's ok. still it's pretty good design

Now got to get the download time sorted.
