    i don't suggest a sky rocket your member sign ups in days, its not worth, if your free hosting service is good enough, 1 member will refer to 100 others
    either you can keep a referral contest for members who sign up, they will promote your service.

    I recommend getting a Swicki. I've found it gets you a VERY high page rank in SE because of all the keywords it contains which is totally legal and the results people see will g to yyour sites. I can help you out if you need, just PM me.
