Can someone please make some fine tuning with my logo?

Hi,

Can someone please make some fine tuning with my logo? Maybe little shiny, and fix some rough work I did. My theme was my site name in splatter of ink and 2 chat box, one with M and other with F.
Also if possible add some cool colors and shiny filers to to background as well.
