    You'd do better on a forum that focuses on Toronto. Most of us are self-employed, do not employ people, and are therefore out of the loop on this stuff. Add to that most recruiters specialise in a particular industry so they might take a job for industry X and do an ok job but they'll do a great job if you're looking for someone in industry Y. So, we couldn't make a recommendation anyway without knowing the type of role you're trying to fill.

    Congrats on growing your business to the point where you can hire someone. That must be a good feeling.

    What industries and/or job titles do you need the recruiter to specialize in? These days, most recruiters have a specialty or specialties.
