Can Someone Please Explain this to me Regarding Keywords and Tags in Blogs

I'm a bit unclear on this in regards to Blogs and Adsense. Specifically lets say I use the word USC Football tickets in my text. Let's say that phrase is worth $1.00 in adsense if clicked. What if I don't use the phrase "USC Football Tickets" in my text but use it in my Tags. Will I still draw $1 if someone clicks an ad in the article via adwords? Is there an advantage of using that phrase in both the text and tag?

Again I apologize for wording my question in intelligent English which doesn't warrant me an answer. I will try to emulate the questions on here in the future and sound like a brain damaged person on crack. Forgive me.

I would be more inclined to answer had I not seen the followup you made a mere three hours later.

Perhaps the lack of response was because people don't know. Run a side by side test, one with it and one without it, and compare results.

I guess my big question, though, would be "Why put it in the tags if it's not dealt with in the text already unless the thought is to engage in manipulation?"

if the ads appears on the domain it should give you the same earning. Coz the main purpose is to get it advertised. But is not a smart move to do so. Because the time span for which the visitor stayed at your domain becomes very less. and this effect the rate per click.

Like if a vistor stayed 2 sec then clicked and one who just opened and got away the click rates will differ in such cases. Get smart if you know such keyword include them in text.
