Buying Can someone make me a webcam picture taking website?

    I have a domain name (www.yourpicturenow.com) and I would like to make it into a website that allows the visitor to get their picture taken quickly and saved to their computer. Kind of like a photo booth. I have no idea how to do this so I am willing to pay for someone to do this for me.
