Many experts suggest, to make Google and other SEs happy at a bare minimum, do the following:

    Title
    1. Title on a page should describe, in a given number of words,
the business it presents to the world. On every page it should
indicate the content on the page separate and unique than other pages.
    2. Insert keywords within the title tag so that search engine
robots will know what your page is about.
    3. Make sure that the text within the title tag is also within the body of the page.
    4. Do not use the exact same title tag on every page on your website.
    5. Title tags for text links. Insert the title tag within the HTML of your text link
to add weight to the link and the page where the link resides.

    Keywords
    1. Make sure all keywords are on the page if they are in your keyword tag.
    2. Do not spam the description or keyword meta tag by stuffing meaningless
    keywords.

    Links
    1. Do not link to link-farms or other search engine unfriendly neighborhoods.

    Images
    1. All images should have alt text. That is, describe your images with the
    use of the alt tag.
    2. Make sure all img tags have height & width attributes.

    Most important is Content
    1. Have good unique and fresh content on all pages.
    2. Your first paragraph is the most important.
It should have your primary keyword tags for the page.

I know most of the basics, I appreciate the generic post but I am looking for someone to actually look at the site and tell me what they see I can improve on. Maybe something I missed or a key component I may be missing. Thanks.

    Title
Except for Home page, you ain't got no title on any page.
When you write the title, have keyword(s) in it per content of the page.

    Images
You ain't got no ALT for any of the images.

    Content
You ain't got no content on most of the pages - none.

    indoortabletopfountain.com

    Title
When you say best sellers. Are you selling books or what? Have unique title.
When you say clearance, Are you selling clothes or what? Have unique title.
    .....and so on.

    Images
    ALT missing.
What if someone turn off the images. Describe the images in ALT tag.

    Content
    No content. Period.

    qualitysilkplants.com
When you say shipping in title, looks like you are not competing with anyone.
Can you imagine thousands if not millions sites have the same title.
    Be unique about it.

But then again, it's just the slang.

I have a title on every page on that site with keywords in them. I don't know what your talking about.

Every one of my images with exception to the logo has alt text...

I have the same if not more content than most of my competitors. If you would have looked deeper into the site you would have seen this.

This is the same with the other 2 sites so I would like someone to actually look at these sites and give me a review I can actually use.

Since this is in the web site review and not SEO review I will try and give my input on both.

    calancompany.com

    Site Review
    1. A phone number on the main page would help build trust.
    2. Purple and green does not really go.
    3. Copyright of 2006 tells your visitors that you have not updated the site in 3 years.
    4. I like the info you included on your contact us page but I would include a web form.
    5. On your Privacy Policy page your first paragraph is the same as the second paragraph.
    6. On your products page your large image opens in the same window. This makes it too easily to close the site when trying to close the image.
    7. At 1024x768 on a 21" full screen I have a scroll bar?
    8. What is with the fonts on the shipping rates page? viewed with FireFox.

    SEO Review

    1. You have an canonicalization issue.
    2. Your links to the product use item numbers like 38958.html. It would be better to use something like cherub_twins.html. Try and keyword your internal links.
    3. Upselling on your product pages would help with sales and with distributing PR.
    4. A blog could help in crawl rate and backlinks.
    5. Your sitemap.xml meets 0.84 standards, but Google adheres to 0.90. Also I did not see your index page listed in your sitemap.
    6. An unique description and keywords tag on ever product page would help. /38958.html does not have either.
    7. I think you could be a little more descriptive on your titles.
    Example:
<title>CHERUB TWINS</title> may be better as
<title>CHERUB TWINS Garden Statues from calancompany.com</title>
    8. I would add some sort of analytic. I did not see any listed in your code.
    9. You have multiple h1 tags. You should only have 1 per page.
    <h1 id="specialstitle">Featured Products</h1>
    <h1 id="messagetitle">Reasons to shop from us</h1>
Neither of these have any keywords as well.
    10. Personally on the index page I would move the text above the featured products or add a first paragraph above it that is keyworded with bold and / or italicized text.
    11. Backlinks backlinks backlinks. You need some from relevant sites that are also keyworded.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Amxfan, I just started with this Yahoo store and I'm still learning the tricks of how their platform works. It looks like I've made some mistakes and have a lot of work ahead of me.
