Can someone identify this logo?

Hey guys. This might be a long shot but there's a program that seems to be running in the background of my Windows OS and it's not identifying itself with any name in my program toggle except for showing this icon. Every time it runs it slows down my computer to almost unbearable speeds (and I'm running a new quad 4 Intel chip!).

Does the logo ring any bells for anything?

    Thanks!

This reminds me the icon when you do projects in Visual Studio 2008

It is probably a keylogger, somebody wants to steal your accounts, keyloggers are made in vb, and that is the vb icon, or maybe it is an application that just slow down your pc, or a virus, or maybe something really stupid. I Recommend you scanning your pc for viruses with avast if you want to disable this when your computer starts
Step 1. Press START (Windows Logo Key) on your keyboard and R together. or go on Start and then Run
Step 2. Type msconfig in the box type yes if its asks something
    Step 3. Click Startup Tab
Step 4. Uncheck the VB Program thing, Then Click Apply then ok then restart and done.

I don't have a Windows machine handy right now, but when you press CTRL-ALT-DEL you get a pop-up with options. One, if I remember, is the Task Manager. Click it.

It has different tabs, one for processes, one for threads. There's a column that shows how much processing time is being used.

Can you see who the hog is?
