I want to start making a little money on the side, i love staying home with my daughter but would love a little extra moula... i heard about this site and would love to know how to get started... can someone help?
Just keep reading the forum, various things will come to light with many many opinions about them. It really depends how much you want to make, what skills you already have and how much time you can dedicate to it.
You can also search for a freelance job website and look for something in there. I did it once for myself and it worked. Unfortunatelly I don't have a link to it now, but just go ahead and try; Internet is a huge storage of everything and I'm sure there is something for you! Good luck
