    Hello,
If I write a script/some code, security is number 1 priority with me, however you can never be 100% sure (almost every program has exploits...). So basically I want to write a basic agreement that means I am not responsible for anything

Can anyone provide me with some tips/links etc??

    Thanks

I might use the EULA for a security product as a template. Even open source licenses have language on why the authors are not responsible if the program blews up the computer or inadvertantly causes a security breach. Some of the language may also be helpful.

If you are still worried about the commercial implications of the agreement with respct to your liability, run the agreement by a lawyer.

The other aspect to this are the types of guarantees you provide to users in your sales material. Your license is unlikely to protect you from offering any type of guarantee. But, you can still say you take security seriously and have stress tested the code omn some manner -- if you have.
