Can someone help me with my CSS menu? $20 paypal if you can.

I have the following menu I'm trying to code:

I'm having 2 major problems:

• Lining up the subnav under the first one
• Long text menu items are not wrapping in the subnav, just getting cut off. You can see it under "technology" - its supposed to say 'individualized Email" but it is cut off.

Can anyone look at the CSS and tell me what I am doing wrong?
