    I can't buy it because you need to have a credit card attached to your PayPal!

    Yeh that sort of defeats the purpose of going with paypal. Try a moneybookers account, you may not need to validate with a credit card or there are domain registrars where you can deposit funds into your account via a cheque.

    I already have Moneybookers and always use it but I dont know any site where I can purchase domain names via Moneybookers!
