Wasn't sure where to put this, so thought it was safest her I added http://www.gestationaldiabetesdiet.org as an add on domain) onto the hosting account I have for http://www.immembership.com and it was working fine. I then wanted to flip it, so I changed the nameservers and created a new account for it through whm so it had it's own account and deleted the add on from the first account. (hope you're still with me) The problem is that when I go to http://www.gestationaldiabetesdiet.org it re-directs back to http://www.immembership.com and I don't know how to fix it as this has never happened before. Has anyone got any idea how to solve this. Thanks in advance Kelly
Hi Kelly, i got a little lost with all the account changes, but simply put, if the whois information is returning the correct name server then the reason its showing the primary name servers domain is becuase there is no NS record for your domain, so im thinking instead of dropping to a holding page its simply pointing to the main site ( http://www.immembership.com) When you removed the old account then its safe to say that the NS information was removed along with it, so, have you correctly added your domain to the new account, or did you think that by simply creating a new account and not adding the domain the NS records would remain this is the first thing you need to check.
I have checked and the whois shows the correct nameservers and have since I changed them for the new account. That is why I am completely confused at to how it is possible for the domain to still be pointing to the old ones????
