Can someone help me photoshop something in 5 sec - My Photoshop Keeps on Freezing!!!

    I basically need to change the background from white to black but my photoshop program is acting weird.

    If possible can you also make the stars more fancy?? hehe :D I will rep you for the 5 minute job...

    if u want to edit that image in photoshop first open that file in photoshop and then
    image>mode>RGB color
    and then edit
