Can someone help me make a form to send html email

i just put up a site and i want a form on it to send email . I dont want a form that a user has to use there mail client.
i dont really understand how to hook up formmail.

looking for a hand. youll get an itrader + and a good old fashioned thank you from me. also if you ever need a favor and i can do it, consider it done.
