Hi, I recently purchased some proxy sites that I guess take a little more work to upload than the usual site. I have to do all this fancy stuff that i have no idea how to do. Can someone help?
SITE is www.myproxspace.com - read the message it displays when u go there.

This is from the email I received from the seller.

    "Installtion:

Read config file (/config/your-domain.tld.ini) before uploading anything. Upload all files with complete directory structure to your server. You must upload index.php file as binary. CHMOD "cache" directory to 777 after creating it. Using "/dev/shm" for cache_dir will slightly improve performance. Download GeoLite/GeoIP database in binary format (GeoIP.dat) from http://www.maxmind.com/, extract and upload it to your server (or wget and "tar zxf GeoIP.dat.gz" from SSH)."

This is for my proxy site. Can someone help me figure out this in English? Thanks,
    Ben

That error has nothing to do with those instructions. You need to reupload index.php. Index.php is encypted and for some reason it's failing.

What ftp client are you using?

You will need to upload in binary mode. I use FlashFXP and there's a option for binary mode upload.

Its a bit slower but its the only way the file can work.
