can someone help me install this

    well ive uploaded all the files etc and correctly chmoded ad_network_ads.txt then when i try add the link i just cant see the links

    Have you used the .htaccess file to tell PHP to parse html pages?

    Is PHP on your server?

    the pages are in perl no i didn't use the .htaccess yes it is on a php server
