I submit application and they denied... actually, they phoned me after 2 days and asked some questions then I thought 'I got a id!!!' then after 2mins, they gave me denial mail...lol... I really wanna get neverblueads account...

You have to contact them to get approved, most of CPA should be contacted and make them know that we can manage our account.
I guess the phone call put them of. Maybe you didn't handle the phone call to well or what you said about how you were going to use them, they were not keen on your promoting methods.
