Hi I want to start a digital download store selling my digital products like ebooks and zip files.
What is the best solution I will need the following -

*seo friendly links
*able to add meta tags and titles
*easy to template/design
*main payment - paypal


can someone please help me find a solution for this...

As a possible option, we'd appreciate if you could take a look at CS-Cart which has easy-to-use admin panel with AJAX elements. We do have all the features you mention.
