Can someone help i have a .ws domain

I have a domain with global domains international and i have created and optin page does anyone know how i can just have the optin form and not the borders on the right and top of the page.

which borders are you talking about?...you mean the header and the right column?...if that's the case you are going to have to edit the template and remove them...
