You might want to target some easier ones so you can get some traffic. You can also use your Google webmaster tools and analytics to see which keywords/phrases you already rank for and try to rank better for them.

Or if you want to go all out and try to rank for the big terms, you can use adwords keyword tool to find similar keywords and ones that get searched for a lot.
Be sure to switch your 'match types' over to 'exact'.

I noticed that most of the keywords you have on your list is quite competitive. It will be hard for you to rank on Google with those keywords. You can try other lesser known keywords that aren't very competitive, but still generates tens of thousands of search queries each month. Try using Google's keyword tool to have an idea about them.

The IM niche is a very competitive niche so you would be hard-pressed to find any low competition keywords in this niche. I suggest you narrow the niche further and target a specific market (like stay at home moms for example) and base your keywords from there.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Go to the google keyword tool and put in "make money online" and see what comes up. Go for the longer keywords, they should be easier to rank for.

Everyone has basically suggested Google Keyword tool. But, I will suggest you to use Google Trends as an addition to Google Keywords. Google Trends will help you to analyze what keywords related to your niche is increasing and keep on increasing! This will enable you to outrank other sites where you can optimize highly anticipated keywords that's having higher searches within the last 90 days or 6 months!

Do a lot of directory submissions, article submissions, guest posting, blog commenting, and press release submissions in order to rank the keywords. In start only focus on 2-3 keywords, after then if you are getting good response also include your secondary keywords.

Before it you also need to do on page SEO of your site and all plenty of fresh and unique content. Try to make 1000 words content on your pages or posts, as Google love the content and it is a very good legal trick to improve your SERP.

    Regards.
