If I understood you well, you would like to verify your site code for errors, if so visit w3schools, they have a validator and works pretty good.

Well, I guess since you want to sell the site and want to verify your site to show your ownership, you can do this 2 ways.

    1. Either upload a file with a specific name containing a specific text into the public_html folder of your site (easy to do)

    2. or you can edit your DNS Record and add a TXT record (little bit difficult)

if you opt to choose method 1 then DigitalPoint will tell you the file name and what should be contained in it

    an example:
    Filename : fd54683dbc212ea4d2f3f275e77a8cb1.html
    File content : digitalpoint-site-verify:fd54683dbc212ea4d2f3f275e77a8cb1

Now these two things will be given to you by Digital Point
what you would have to do is to open notepad
    type digitalpoint-site-verify:fd54683dbc212ea4d2f3f275e77a8cb1
    in the notepad file
and save it with the name of fd54683dbc212ea4d2f3f275e77a8cb1.html
and then upload this file to the root folder of your site and then click on Verify link and you will be good to go. :)

Hi CM, fancy seeing you here :)

I think you might be talking about a forum specific verification, so disregard this if that's the case. But if you want to verify your site ownership with Google, see below...

If this is a site running ClickBump Engine, you can just place the verification code you get from the Google webmasters dashboard into the text field in theme options here:

    "Ce4 > SEO > Custom Head Code"

    It should look like this...
