Can someone give me a little how-to on flipping websites?

    I am really interested in this idea. Basically is I just want to know from someone who does this and makes a decent income. Not a whole lot, but just some you know.

    I would like to know:

    1) What do you look for?
    2) Is Age a factor?
    3) What are the main things you do? Do you make it look better, add better content, etc.
    4) Anything else I may need to know.

    1) undervalued websites, sites that aren't monetized but should be
    2) older sites have more value since search engines like them
    3) if the design is poor, make it better. add more value to the sites like a mortgage calculator if your site is about mortgages. more content is always better.
