Can someone explain this?

If you do a search in Google like this "french connections"; you will see in first position a site with a bunch of keywords all linking to different page from the same site

What do I have to do to have the same kind of effect/indexing for my site? Why does Google do that?

it does it dynamically, a lot of sites (one of mine as well) got them in the last Google PR Update. There's no real tactic or tool to make google do this for you, but it generally happens if your site is popular and only when the user looks the name or url of your site up.

 

Oh yes.. its upto google if they sitelink your site or not.

Site that has sitelinks gets the trust of google.

 

It depends not only Google, but mostly of our sites quality and popularity . I mean, that everything is in our hands.

 

Google usually does this to more popular sites so just work your way up.
