    Strange. Normally that status would apply to reserved domains like on.ca because they are reserved as 3rd level for provinces.
    Could it be the name of a town or acronym for a government agency ?

    I'd LOVE to know the government agency with the title "tits".
    I've never heard of this happening with such a name though. I strongly doubt its because its sexual..
