Can someone explain the relationship between allinanchor results and google SERPs?

Over the past few weeks my allinanchor results have been improving steadily and my top keywords are all returned in positions as high as #4 and as low as #51.

Most interestingly, as I'm still sandboxed the ONLY organic result google is returning is for the name of my site - in the same position as the allinanchor results.

Does this mean that my eventual google SERP for certain keywords will be similar to the current allinanchor results ... or not?

Yes, their usually very similar once you get out of the sandbox.

That being the case, I would argue that the sandbox could be seen as beneficial. After all, it gives you the time to work on your 'unofficial' SERPs using the allinanchor: tool ...

Lol, no it's not beneficial. Wouldn't you rather be ranking for those terms?

    mdvaldosta,

It's not a question of ranking or not. If you're sandboxed, you're not in the SERPs. In my industry, you're nowhere if you're not on page #1 - preferably in the first five positions.

If you can give your SERP results a test run before your site goes 'live' as it were, you can see whether your efforts at SEO are working.
