One of the preacher told me that we should go to heaven since there is god , I do not find it a profitable proposition which lures so many millions hanker after going to heaven ?
I'd rather be asked by god to do something then be forced by the devil do something. It's kind of where you sit on the pole. No one can give you a clear example of heaven. I also wouldn't always trust churches. I don't think some of them are in the best interest of the people. I just put my life on faith and live it through myself rather than someone else. Even the nicest person on the outside can deceive you for his own personal gain. It happens in all faith where people get deceived into believing something. It's just the mystery of life you'll never know or understand most of the things out there. Just better to live it without worries.
god is in heaven, well that's a tricky topic to discuss about religions differ and beliefs differ, so I don't think heaven or hell is much of a difference for most I really don't care about if these really exist and if they do, I don't care where I might rot after life I just prefer enjoying life and leaving rest to the future only then it would be interesting
The reason you do not find it a profitable deal is because everything in your life is based on profit/loss, win/lose, Good/bad and so on. As mentioned in the bible - "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor has it entered into the heart of man to conceive the things that God has prepared for those that love him." Someone could promise you 72 virgins, rivers of wine, happiness, ect but the fact is... Heaven cannot be described because it is beyond our mind and imagination. You have to keep in your mind that faithful people who enter heaven...enter it with a clean soul. I say soul and not Body. So everything that accommodates the body such as Food, Sex, temperature ect is no longer available. The soul experiences much different and much better benefits and happiness. Some of this is mentioned in the bible but words cannot describe heaven enough. My point is, it takes great faith and pure heart to enter heaven- the eternal home of God. No matter what you WANT to have in heaven, know it's not there because your human mind is still connected to this finite world and things that you have already experienced, seen or prepared in your imagination. I hope this helps, God bless
Entering heaven is not required and finding elsewhere whatever suits the individual may prove the better idea. .
It seems like the video Blogmaster posted should be explanation enough:
