Maybe by example or how to, but I am just unsure what this means exactly as related to CPC campaigns.

    Thanks

Can you tell which ads are getting clicks and which aren't?

A conversion is when a visitor does something specific on your site. It can be anything, depending on the purpose of your site.

For example, this Digital Point Forum, a conversion goal the web master may have set is how many people register.

Another example, is if you have an online form on your site, you track how many people filled in the form.

If you are using Adwords, you can see how many clicks each ad is getting via the reports in the reporting tab, or u can get the summary info from the ad groups.

The best way to track conversions is to use a good analytics tool. But that is another question.
