Can someone else money to my Payoneer card?

    Is it possible to receive money from a person into my Payoneer card? plan to get a card from oDesk.com but don't have any plans on getting paid by oDesk as their commission is too high & its simply rip-off at 10%, better prefer to work independent.

    Yes you can recieve money in your Payoneer Card Directly.. Just tell the guy Your email address Associated with your PayOneer Card.. He can Load any ammount using VISA/Master Card without login into Your Account.

    But now payoneer implementing some restriction on private load.
    If your parent affiliate do not pay you regularly then you may face problem on private loads.
