    Yes you can if you have been scammed by someone and you got proofs against him then you can surely open a dispute.

    Logically, personal accounts are meant for transfer of money between family and friends. So I see no reason why paypal allows charge backs on such transactions!

    But... since it does actually allow such a thing, the answer is YES! :eek:

    Yes buyer can open a dispute not matter what account is that. And PayPal is likely to favor buyer only in case you dun have any proof of shipping goods or if you are dealing in intangible items.

    If the transaction is unauthorized then no matter which ever the account may be?? so yes, buyer can dispute the transaction.

    Yes payment sent as personal payment also vulnerable to charge back if the sender have valid reason.
