Can someone design a Sales Page for me?

    Hi,

    I need a sales page for a product I've written (an ebook)

    I'll need:

    1) a background to be tiled
    2) a flat for the first page
    3) an ebook cover
    4) a header
    5) a footer

    The design would of course be up to you.

    The topic is getting traffic through the use of YouTube

    so, I want the graphic to reflect that.

    I've attached examples. This is to show you the sizes I need.

    After we agree on the price, I'll send the necessary ingredients:
    title
    subtitle
    description
    and any special instructions that I can think of....

    At this point, I only have the first two in mind, the description is moot - 'cause I want you to feel free to imagine.... and I have no special instructions that I can think of...
