backlink watch is a nother good one to use. Just constantly ad backlinks. Its a never ending process dont worry about pr that will come in time focus on off and on page seo.

 

Pagerank is pretty useless anyway, it's just a rank Google gives your website, you should worry more about your rankings then your pagerank to be honest :/

 

You do only have 1 backlink so it could be a while until you get page rank unless you start building some links!

there are lot of sites offering to let you know the page rank and backlinks.....u can google it ...like alexa

Btw , the most important things is like building links and creating lot of backlinks.....it helps a lot

 

As i checked that your website have only 1 backlinks and not page rank...So you have to do offpage optimization work for backlinks and update new content in your forums time to time because Google like new content in any forums or website.. Best of luck...
