    There are very many shopping carts available for you to purchase (rather than building a new one).
    What are you selling? and what do you need it to do?
    If you anwer these I am sure someone on these forums can recommend the most appropriate solution.

    It cannot be done with plain html. I am a PHP /Mysql Programmer and can do it for you..if interested PM me.
