Can somebody tell me how to encrypt my wordpress theme footer?

    I have bought a few wordpress themes with full rights. I need to place my url in the footer and encrpt the footer. I do not know anything about designing. Can somebody tell me how to do it?

    To put your URL in the footer, click on Design > Theme Editor > Footer (footer.php). You can then edit the footer and add your URL.

    I don't know what you mean by "encrypt" the footer.

    Encryption is done so that people cannot remove/edit/change the links in the footer.

    Oh, so you want to put your URL in the footer and then resell the template, and obfuscate the code so noone can remove your URL? Is that what you mean?
