    Hi Guys

    A complete newbee on msn adcenter.

    just wanted to confirm that would i be able to run my advertisement ( ppc ) on msn uk by filling up the form as provided in the link below

    or

    do i need to fill up any other uk specific program


    Does it takes location into cosideration while registering the account outside US, UK or Europe.

    is it normal for the the network to take that amount of time to get the account activated.
