First questions : How old is your site? How many visitors do you have as of now? I think all these play a role. I personally have been rejected 7 times before I got approved. Keep improving your site and keep applying. I'm sure you would get through. Make sure your content is unique.

    Hi,
I am also facing the same problem with adsense. I am from India, two days back, i applied for adsense account with my soccer related blog. It has complete unique content. All articles written by me. I make posts daily. they said the same reason.

Why is google rejecting sites which has unique content. Can anyone help in getting an adsense account for a good site?

The thing is that there are a lot of scams turning out from india (as per adsense), so they are acting strict with indian guys. Nothing else.
Rather in few years, Google and gmail are going to get banned in india.

Do you filter bad language and spam in the blog comments?

Wel I think you have to keep tryin. Do not give up. But you have to revisit and ensure you're in consonance with the policy. Then improve quality of your content and every other thing and keep trying...just keep trying...over and over...there wil be a way

Google Adsense for Indian is very strict. They not only see 6 month old domain but they look for unique content, good visitors, variability of your blog, niche and lot of other factors, which Google shouldn't.

How would Google know that your domain is from India?

For example, if your domain is registered at GoDaddy, and your webhost is Hostgator -- both are US based.

Maybe your domain name bloggersdesire.com contains the word "desire", which can be tagged as pornographic word. Desire = Sex.

I also don't think age of domain matters. I have a fairly new domain 2 weeks old, signed-up for Adsense with just 2 pages of content, and it got accepted.

If your sure that you have done the right requirements then better ask this to Google adsense support. For sure they'll gonna help you.

Well, that sucks. Maybe that's one reason why Google Adsense doesn't use Paypal for payments - so they can shutdown locations they don't like.
