Hi, O.K. I get the code for my site, have it added whereby I am getting adsense that has no relevance? Surely, I must be doing something wrong? BTW I am adding the correct keywords to extract the right adsense code. Thanks - J
Adsense ads do not show only based on your keywords on site, but also based on user's search preference. Meaning: if you googled bathroom slippers or hotels in Ohio before you came to your site, it's possible they will show you ads for that, even when you visit your site about Photo cameras. I hope this helps.
CyberLana is correct. Whatever you have searched for or whatever website you have been on you will be seeing those ad's on your browser. They may not be specific to your website, but specific to what the user has seen. Whats your site? You can tell for example on my website at pos-t-vac(dot)com
This is 100% correct... i agree with CyberLana.... n you are doing nothing wrong, it is all depends on google which ads to show on your webpage..... using keywords is important from s.e.o point of view... n sometimes it helps to show relevant ads... but dont use too much keywords... Google dont like it....
This is very good info, I just have same problem with this. hehe Where I can get tips about google adsense and how I can get more traffic? Please help me ^_^
J, I also found this... Go to Adsense (I use new interface) --> Allow & block ads --> Advanced Settings --> Interest-based Ads Preference. You can turn that off, but I would not do that personally, because then you block interest-based on all your ads through the whole network. The more they reach the user with your ads, the better for you, I believe.... But who knows )) I haven't done any testing really. Regards, Lana
its also depend on the keywords that you use in your ad from where your visitors come on your site but when they do not find some thing interesting then they go away
