There are several websites offering free, premade web layouts. Try some terms such as Free Web Templates on Google.
if you have your hosting account setup and have all your login info. download this little baby http://www.ftpx.com/ and you can load files from your computer to your server with little to no knowledge and effort. I know cause I am just as new to this probably as you but follow the directions and your site will be online and you will be proud of what you have done.
Just go to google, and type in something like "Free CSS Templates" or "Free Website Templates" Then download an FTP program like: smartftp.com Upload all of your stuff through that.. if you dont know how to use it, follow some of the tutorials on the website. Learn how to edit your template from w3schools.com And you should be one step closer to owning the world.
