Can some tell me where I can find a GOOD ZIP(1st page/convrt.)submit affilate

    I want a ZIP submit offer that all is needed to get paid is them entering there ZIP code. All I found are ones that require the customer to fill out a second page as well for me to get my commission. Anyone no what CPA network offers great ZIP submits that only need a ZIP for a qualified lead?
