can some please explain bounce rate?!

    I'm assuming you're talking about Google Analytics.....bounce rate is the rate at which visitors exit through the same page they entered. For example, say 5 people visited your homepage and did not view another page before exiting....your bounce rate would be 100%. Hope this helps

    rich is correct - bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to your site that view only a single page.

    Suppose if I have a bounce rate of 30%

    Then that 30% of visitors visit only single page?

    Thats correct....3 out of 10 viewed that page and then went no further. They left via that page. ;)
