i think this blog is associated with a facebook fan page but didnt understand that how all fan page status msgs become its posts and how this all going..

you need to have a coder make you a like site script. if you dont know how to make it then you wont be able to do it by yourself

You need either a coder, I'll suggest elance.com (To find one) or you can google "Facebook Like Script" and you'll find a script you can buy and edit yourself.

I'd recommend learning basic HTML and PHP before you do either though.
