download the plugin, extract the file, upload the plugun to your website.(find the folder wp-plugins)..after uploading the plugin, go to your dashboard, go to plugins menu, look for the plugin that you've just uploaded, click activate..dont forget to explore the plugin, some plugins have settings/options.hope this will help you.
