    Use vmoption.com for directory submission, It is as directory of directories, it contain more than thousand high quality web directories

    use directorycritic.comfor directory list. here is around 5k directories list.

    and if your need others list like Press Release sites , Document Sharing Site etc... then you can use this site here is too many list. searchenginefather.com/resources/
