Can some explain it to me?

I am trying to use a link for adword campaign. But it seems like it does not work. But maybe I am doing it wrong. To place a link from my affiliate, what part of the link do I need to copy to adwords from CJ.

If someone can explain, that would be really nice.

    Thanks

Post what you've been putting in the link and I'll show you what you want to pull out of it.

I use the text in red as my destination URL. Is this right?

I'm assuming you're sure that this is within the advertiser's TOS, but here's all you need to do:

This link is really all you need: http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-18xxxx18-1x1x1x1x1x

When a user hits that page they'll be redirected to the landing page specified in the link description.

This bit is not necessary, and is almost certainly the reason you're having trouble getting the link to work: <img src="http://www.ftjcfx.com/image-1831518-10374973" width="1" height="1" border="0"/>

That image is a pixel that tells CJ how many impressions you're getting on the link, but I doubt if the ad service you're using is going to let you include a pixel in your text link. As long as your advertiser doesn't mind, just ditch that pixel and you should be good to go.

Also, if you've had good experiences with 1&1 that's totally cool, but I've heard a lot of horror stories about their service. Here's a post of mine talking about my fave hosting affiliate program.
