I read on Jen-Sense (in an article on smart pricing from 2005, so maybe things have changed since then) that smart pricing can affect an entire account, not just the website that had low conversion rates. Apparently it does affect your entire account. But one of my blogs appears to be smart priced but another site of mine is paying higher then ever. So I don't really know.
